“I absolutely fell in love with Sunshine Hart Kimono in cream. It’s so breathable and versatile for desert adventures and long days on the sand. I styled it with my favorite cutoffs and also with a sexy one piece for the beach.”

“Versatility and comfort are crucial in summer. The Pearl Positano Shorts are with me for all my summer adventures. I styled them with a vintage Hawaiian shirt from my mother’s closet. Since she passed away in November, I like to wear something from her to always feel connected. These shorts are perfect for desert adventures and comfortable to wear over a swimsuit at the beach with an easy-to-wear kimono.”

“Nothing feels more like summer than white sunnies and florals. Since we are in quarantine, we’re all dressed up with no place to go but I’m finding joy in simple pleasures. This look was inspired by the movie “Grey Gardens.” I styled the White Flora Sunglasses with a maxi caftan and white sneakers for easy everyday elegance.”

“What’s more classic than a white tee? It’s a versatile closet staple for all seasons. As a stylist, I like to teach my online community how to #styleandrepeat items in your closet at least three ways, which is always my go-to style tip. I styled the White Wash Pacific Tee by LACAUSA with high waisted jeans and simple heels for a work from home look, paired it with faux leather pants and a chunky necklace for social distance dining al fresco, and layered it underneath a cami dress with white sneakers for running errands. A bit of a science nerd, he would share how the tides work, why the thunder rolls, and what type of tree we were climbing. Now he gets to do it all over again with my two boys!”

“One of my favorite memories of my dad is his daily post-work run. Right when he’d get home, he’d change and head out for a run then come home, dripping sweat, and give me a big sweaty hug. Every. Single. Time. It was tradition! “I went full seventies in the Levi's Nine To Five Ribcage Utility Jeans, Rose Hard Crimes Frames, Black Houndstooth Buckle Belt, and Dr. Martens Black Virginia 1461 for a look inspired by my dad growing into a self-made man. He left home at 17 and worked his butt off to find opportunities, spending every summer selling books door-to-door. He made enough of an impression as a salesman that he was recruited to help develop real estate on a little island in the south. He worked hard to support and provide for our family and still takes on each day with that same type of determination. He might be 73, but he acts like he's 25. Love you, dad!”
