]]>In preparation for our Pop-Up, we enlisted the girls of Lorem to create our signature custom fixtures and fill the 500-square-foot space with our favorite clothing, accessories and home goods. One-of-a-kind wall hangings from KUDD:KRIG adorn the walls, fresh plants and handcrafted pottery fills a shoppable plant cart, and our bright new arrivals for Spring pop against the light, airy space.
Days before our official grand opening weekend, we opened our doors to give our closest friends, editors and brands an exclusive preview of the new space. We teamed up with some of our fave LA-based brands LACAUSA, MATE, Matisse, Jurate Los Angeles, Callahan and Raen Eyewear to treat guests to an Aussie-inspired seasonal brunch by Bondi Harvest, hemp-infused sparkling water by Recess, Summer Water rosé, gorgeous spring florals from the talented Raw Finery, and chair massages by our new neighbors at Lifehood.

Set in the same gorgeous, mid-century modern style house as our previous pop-up, we partnered with Matisse Footwear, L*Space, Novella Royale, Daydreamer, Jurate Brown, and Le Specs to get festival-goers styled for weekend one. Visitors from far and wide stopped by to soak in the desert vibes and shop our newest fest-ready styles to pick out the perfect festival outfit.
Guests sipped cucumber margaritas with Løs Sundays Tequila and watermelon coolers with Our/Los Angeles Vodka, as well as beer from Calidad, wine from One Hope and Summer Water Rosé, and refreshments from Health-Ade Kombucha and Liquid Death Water.
On Friday, shoppers enjoyed mini makeovers with our friends at Pixi Beauty and hydration-boost facials and refreshing coconut drinks from Skin Laundry. On Saturday, girls got their festival hair on lock with fun styling from Salt Strands and festival lashes from the babes at Pop Lash & Beauty Bar.

We teamed up with the girls from Amuse and Matisse to bring the entire collab collection to the event for all our shoe-loving customers to see and shop in person, plus enjoy a mimosa bar and organic treats from Pacific Organic Pops. We also raffled off five pairs of shoes from the collection to lucky party goers. The highlight of the day was the amazing balloon photobooth backdrop by Wild Child Party. We are so obsessed!
Despite the arrival of some late afternoon rain, we all had a great time. We love the ladies of Matisse footwear and are so lucky to have worked with them for the last few years. Scroll for photos from the event, shop the collection in-store and online, and check out more events at our OC Pop-Up Shop. This party was one for the books!

Earlier this month we kept the boutique open late for another one of our After Hours events -- this time with the help of our friends from Amuse Society. It was our last event of the year and we wanted to give our local customers a chance to get some last-minute shopping done, and to get together once more before the holidays hit.
Guests enjoyed rosé from Crazy Beautiful Wines, hors d'oeuvres, and the cutest custom cookies by Parchment. The sparkle bar by Magic & Madness was a huge hit and the photo booth by Traveling Photo Bus was decked out in beautiful flowers from Little Sweet Peas Flowers and parked right outside. Everyone was feeling festive, enjoying the music and shopping the night away!
Thanks so much to the Amuse Society team and all who came it for a great time! Check out these photos for the festive time we had and and be sure to join the personellelimo mailing list to be the first to hear about our next event.
Lovely mama Julia of Gunn & Swain brought her two sweet babes to help her set up collection of well-traveled items from around the globe. Soul Shapers came to host their first ever pop-up and raised 350 for the victims of the Sonoma County fires. Our jaws literally dropped to see Marrow Fine jewelry in person and we are excited to start carrying a few pieces soon. A few couples even found their engagement rings during the event! Rachel, the owner and creative behind Siren Floral Co. hosted an amazing holiday wreath workshop that was a huge hit - the girls all walked away with beautiful handmade creations. It was rad to see Marissa Quinn’s art in real life. She’s incredibly talented and recently became an art professor - congrats Marissa!
It was great to give our customers and followers who can’t regularly make it to the boutique and chance to shop, and to see familiar and new faces. Thanks to all the vendors who came out and the locals who shopped, Lori and Matt from Pretty Branch Photo, and a big shout out to my little sister, Melina, for coordinating such a special day.

One of my favorite aspects of owning and operating personellelimo are the brands that I carry and the talented people behind them. It’s important to me not only to stock the store with beautiful products my customers will love, but to foster relationships with these brands, brainstorm new and fun ways to share their stories, and even work together when we can.
So I was super excited when of one of our favorite lines, Rolla’s Jeans, and I got together to not only collaborate on a photoshoot - but organize an in-store Pop-Up where they could meet and greet customers - all the way from Australia!
Tensions were high because we were in the finishing stages of our store expansion, but with the helps of the girls from Lorem and the hard-working Prism team, plus a few “all hands on deck” days (and nights!) we managed to get everything ready in time. And because no party is complete without the décor, Wild Child Party created a giant balloon installation for the exterior of the store.
For the party, we enlisted Native Catering Co., who prepped yummy, fresh Mediterranean tapas that everyone enjoyed alongside custom cookies from Compact Cookies. Mer Ambruso was on-hand to add cute, custom embroidery to everyone’s new Rolla’s denim, and shoppers enjoyed a free Rolla’s tee with every purchase. The rosé was flowing while our trusty DJ Margeaux dug out her grooviest vinyl records and Allix Johnson snapped photos of the night.
The night had a great energy and everyone was super excited to hang with Rolla’s designer, Andy and shop the entire Fall collection -- Rolla’s even brought their men’s line so the dudes could shop. Check out all the fun we had, and be on the lookout for more exciting brand collabs and events at Prism!
We rented the beautiful, and super-stylish Butterfly House in the heart of Palm Springs, and it was the perfect location to host a weekend of parties and shopping. And between the modern architecture, the big widows, and the lush landscaping, it couldn’t have been more perfect.
The week was jam-packed with parties, dinners, shopping, and hard-work, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Here’s a recap of the amazing week:
We arrived at the house on Monday and did a photoshoot with our desert muse, Danielle Ifrah. Robby Mueller shot the lookbook around the house, but also in the Palm Springs neighborhood. We got some great shots of the clothes we were selling at the Pop Up Shop.
On Tuesday, the Amuse and Prism teams worked hard to unpack and merchandise all of the goods we brought from the boutique. We wanted the Pop Up to feel like our Vilnius boutique, and it did! We brought along Turkish Rugs, hanging plants, vintage jewelry, and pieces from Amuse Society, Matisse Footwear, Flynn Skye, Five & Two Jewelry, D’Blanc Eyewear, and more.
The Pop Up Shop opened the next day and we were amazed at how many people stopped by to shop! We met locals along with babes from all over the country! It was a treat to meet so many people we wouldn’t normally get to see in Vilnius (and it was even cooler to see some of them in Prism pieces they had purchased online!). We quickly sold out of a ton of stuff, and the energy in the boutique all weekend was beyond inspiring.
We spent most of the day on Thursday getting ready for our Welcome to the Desert Dinner. Hosted by Prism, Amuse Society, and Flynn Skye, the dinner was a private event for bloggers, models, influencers, artists and photographers that have supported us all along the way.
With tunes by Maybe Baby, cocktails by Svedka Vodka, and the most amazing organic food by Native Catering Co., it was a night to remember. Guests like Natalie and Dylana Suarez, Melodi Meadows, and Sivan Ayla left with gift bags with goodies from Flynn Skye, Five & Two Jewelry, Herewith Magazine, and more.
On Friday, we had our big Poolside Kick Off event with Matisse. Drybar was on hand getting all of our guests festival-ready with braids, buns, and sparkles, and Pixi Beauty was providing glowing, gorgeous makeovers.
The pop-up shop was in full swing, with girls stopping by for last-minute festival essentials like jewelry, belts, dresses, and shorts. DJ Pamela Katz kept the party going, and the bar featured drinks inspired by our favorite DBlanc styles from Svedka Vodka and Coeur de Rose by Maison CR. Guys chilled and sipped House Beer while their girls shopped, took photos in our Foxtails photo booth (complete with the best props!), and enjoyed chicken and steak tacos from Native Catering Co.
Saturday was the last day at the Desert House and people were coming by all day to shop and hang by the pool. We were super-bummed to close up and say goodbye, but also incredibly proud that the weekend went so well. This was hands-down this biggest event that we’ve ever done, and I can’t thank the hard-working ladies from personellelimo and Amuse Society enough for the work they put into it.
Thanks to everyone that contributed, sponsored, and came out to party with us. See you next year!
With Love,
Dayna
